Welcome to Ola Help

Ola is a universal health screening and check-in app for iOS® and Android™ mobile devices. With Ola, you can quickly and easily complete your COVID-19 screening and safely check in to multiple places and businesses  Ola is also available as a standalone web app

When you visit businesses or places that use our Entry app to screen and manage entry, you will be required to perform a short health assessment. If the assessment is successful, you will receive an Entry Pass with a QR code. You then scan this QR code at the entrance to the businesses or places in order to gain access, and scan a second time to check out.

Alternatively, some businesses or places may opt instead to display a QR code poster at their entrance that you can scan with Ola after completing the health assessment.

If your health assessment is not successful, you will not receive an Entry Pass for the day. Stay home and help stop the spread!

Watch this 3-minute video on how to use Ola:

Getting started with Ola

After downloading and opening the app, tap Register. This will open the account registration screen.

Complete the required fields. When you are finished, tap the Register button at the bottom of the form.

You will receive a confirmation code by email. If you do not receive this email within a short period of time, check to see if it is in your mailbox’s spam or junk email folder. Enter the code and tap Submit to complete your registration.

If you are an employee, vendor, or have any other affiliation with a business or place that uses the Ola platform, you may need to be authorized to enter. For more information, see Authorization.

Completing a health assessment

Tap the red health icon on the top left of your screen. This will open the health assessment form.

If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed, select them. When you've completed the assessment, select Submit.

If your assessment was completed successfully, the health icon will turn green and a QR code icon will be visible. You can select this icon to display your Entry Pass' QR code when you are ready to enter. If you scan a second time within the same day (after 60 seconds has elapsed), you will be checked out.

Scanning a printed QR code

The business or place you are planning to visit may opt to display a QR code poster at their entrance for visitors to scan instead of scanning the QR code displayed in your Ola app.

After successfully completing your daily health assessment, tap the Camera icon at the top right of the Ola home screen. This will open the QR Scan screen.

Please note that you will not be able to gain entry without first successfully completing your health assessment on the day of your visit.
